Distribution has the meaning assigned by subsection fifty five(1) of the Income Tax Act (ITA). To the reasons of section fifty five of your ITA, a distribution means the immediate or oblique transfer of property of a corporation (referred to in section 55 for a "distributing corporation") to one or more of its corporate shareholders (referred
